WHO'S THIS FOR?
If you're a Tech / Entrepreneurship *meetup organizer* we want to show you what the Martin Luther King Library can offer your group - today - and we want to get your thoughts about how we, together, can make it even better.
We're excited about making this a kick-ass place for meetups. Imagine the energy of a place where 7-8 meetups can happen simultaneously. Let's make it happen!
WHAT ARE WE GOING TO TALK ABOUT?
- What resources the library currently has (rooms, A/V equipment, Wifi).
- How you can use them.
- Get your feedback on what you'd like to see.
- Discuss the possibility of launch party - an idea to fill the library to the rim and have it buzzing with Tech / Entrepreneurship meetups.
WHY?
- Because we believe when highly motivated, creative people come together, magic happens.
- Because we believe in the long-run DC will benefit from increased job growth and innovation.
- Because we believe libraries, who have been disrupted over the last decade, can have new life breathed into them.
